Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 17, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Inventra ("the Service"), provided by Moss Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Inventra is a web-based inventory and profit tracking application for resellers and small businesses. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have authority to bind your organization, if signing up on its behalf).
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) interfere with security (introducing malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits); (d) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the inventory data and content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
5. Payment, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
6. Service level
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days; after that we may delete it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Moss Interactive is established, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Contact
