Eligibility
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date, for any reason. This applies to all paid Inventra subscription plans.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all Inventra orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we'll help process it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-day window
If more than 30 days have passed, you may still cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in-app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
